And have you ever thought about the rule set by the Ministry of Magic that underaged wizards are not allowed to do magic outside school?
This did not happen in the book, Harry was holding a torchlight, not his wand.
And in Valkyrie where Tom Cruise's character was supposed to have lost a whole hand and two or three of his fingers on another hand and when he was angrily changing in the bathroom, they forgot to digitize off his fingers???!
