A Thematic Apperception Test is like a psychological test prescribed sometimes to employees/interviewees/patients to grade them on how they score in their mental thoughts and personality.
The picture here shows a woman crying and holding the door.
My take on this photo is..
"Wendy just came back from the office where she saw her husband having AHEM with his secretary. She has suspected this since months ago but she was living in denial. Finally, seeing/catching them in the act was the last straw and she grabbed the letter opener on the secretary's desk to stab them both multiple times and left the place. She is crying not because of what she did, but why does this always happen to her. This is the 4th husband she has "unintentionally" killed."
