减肥大计划,AGAIN.

Omg...I've stopped exercising for quite some time now and I could feel that I gained weight. I finally stopped being in denial and weighed myself, and I'm 48kg!

Holy crap.

Okay, time to start exercising again.

I've been feeling super tired everyday after work, because by the time I reach home it's 7pm on a good day...

Time not to OT and start exercising!!!!!!!

CB Leaf

The other time when Sidney was telling me about his Army days and there was this thing called a "CB Leaf", and that he doesn't know why the hell is it called a CB Leaf, maybe because when you split it down the middle, or part it, it looks like a vagina.

So all along I didn't think much of it and dismissed it like it's one of his jokes.

Then the other day I was watching "Ah Boys To Men" on Youtube, and there was this part where the guy was talking about CB leaf and I was craning forward to my computer screen to get a better look at the CB on the CB leaf, when he did something to it. The army boys were like, "WHOA....."

But the stupid show went to censor it!

So I couldn't catch a glimpse of the CB on the CB leaf.

The other day I was asking around my guy friends and brother in law what the hell is a CB leaf called.
As in it's real name.

None of them had a real answer.

So being the curious and maybe slightly morbid me I went to google, "WHAT IS A CB LEAF?"

Omg!

There were answers!

I love Google Search.

A closer look...

It's actually called a Simpoh Air leaf...

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA!

Speak Good English, Please.

Okay, just a bit of a disclaimer before I start writing what I'm about to...

I wouldn't say my English is better than EVERYONE else, but I do think it is maybe slightly above the average Singaporean. What with the horrible pronunciation and simply bad grammar all around.

I won't say my pronunciation is the best, or I never, ever make grammatical errors, but...some people are just incorrigible!

See, after I started working at YOU-KNOW-WHERE, I have suddenly become the English expert in the department. My boss have been telling me that all the big bosses think I'm one of the better writers around and I really cannot fathom why. Plus, I can crap a lot of bull-shit propagandic stuff so I guess maybe that's why they think my writing skills are not bad.
Okay, maybe I can, but comparing to say, other Arts students out there, I'm sure my English isn't much better than theirs...

Anyway, to get to the gist of the story, ever since I've started working here, I have to read a lot of emails and papers (because I need to write papers quite a bit), and I realise that many in my workplace write with really bad grammar. Some have a good vocabulary base, but their sentence structure is sometimes quite atrocious and I have to re-write for them.
Needless to say, this takes up quite a bit of my time, because they have a strong penchant for writing very long reports...

Also, I need to interact with a lot of my superiors or colleagues at my workplace due to the nature of my job, so their pronunciation sticks out like a sore thumb (in my mind) whenever I speak to them. Not only that, sometimes I don't understand what they say, and I have to ask them to repeat themselves a few times, in the process making them feel slightly embarrassed, which I don't mean to...

Especially my new boss. I kind of look up to him. He's from a very humble single-parent family and he worked very hard. I think he has like 2 Masters and shit.
Like, I think he's the books-smart kind of person.
Additionally, similar to what I said before, he's one of those that have a good vocab base, maybe better than the average person, but seriously, sometimes his pronunciation and grammar simply, cannot make it.

Adding to that, I know all these years I've been telling people that I'm a bit hard of hearing, but recently, after the IMAX have-to-stuff-tissue-paper-in-the-ear-because-the-sound-was-too-loud-but-everyone-else-felt-it-was-normal incident, and a few others like that, I realise then that my hearing was good. In fact, it is more sensitive than others (like my canine-like sense of smell), but the point where auditory information gets processed from sound to electric pulses in my brain, that's where there is something wrong. I'm very sure of it! I think my auditory info processor in my brain is a bit wonky, since I was young.

In my workplace, there is a very common and annoying mispronunciation that almost EVERYONE there mispronounce, and it is the word "time".
Almost everyone pronounces it as THUMB.

What the shit!

Okay, a few things I've pondered over and got a bit of enlightenment after much thinking. Many Singaporeans are too lazy to add the "H" inflection in our words.

Like "why" that should be correctly pronounced as "wh-y", we simply just say "y".

Or, as I've mentioned before, the "r" as "l" and vice versa.
Oh my god...

  1. "People" as "peoper"
  2. "Bread and butter" as "b-led and but-ter" (Ts should be pronounced together, we split the "butter" word up)
  3. "Friday" as "Fly-day"
  4. Let's take a b-lake (Break)
  5. A lot of foods for thought (the usage of our plural "s" at the wrong time...)
  6. Plime number (prime)

So that day my boss was telling us about his car breaking down and he was lucky that this helpful gentlemen went out of his way to help him with the car...
He was going on with the story when he was saying there's this "Kign (like "sign") shou".
I was like, "Huh?"

Honest to whoever, I really thought he was saying something in Chinese or something, (people working here are quite prone to doing so) and I didn't catch it.
He was saying it a few times when my other colleague, whose English is not bad, was telling me that what my boss was saying is that there was a "kind soul" that helped him out.

I felt so bad, because I didn't mean to embarrass him...

And there was this other time where a guy from another Group used his rank to "bully" me, and my boss, who is usually quite protective of me (not sure why...) was angry and scolded him on the phone. He gave the baddie a nickname called "小強", I'm not sure if the "qiang" is the correct one, but basically, that baddie was quite short, and people always made fun of his name as a "cockroach". Don't know why the Chinese like to call cockroaches "小強"...

Anyway, during the meeting after that, my boss looked very pissed off and flustered about his argument with him and was exclaiming about his unhappiness towards him (and I was feeling very touched that he stood up for me!) when my other colleague asked him, "Huh, you really ask him to shut up on the phone?"

My boss then said, "YA LA. This kind of 小強 I can just take by-gone and splay him! (take baygon and spray him)"

I started laughing because not only was his outburst quite funny but I caught my other colleague's eye (his English is quite good too, and we were discussing about the bad English being spoken by people around us), and because his pronunciation was damn funny.
Luckily, there were others in the room who laughed too, although I think they were laughing at his joke, not his pronunciation as well.

The thing is, I know my English is not perfect, and I continually try to learn how to improve and watch shows to learn how to better pronounce words, and I basically feel that everybody at YOU-KNOW-WHERE should go for some basic speak-good-English kind of course too.

I think speaking with the lah, loh, leh, and all that is okay, just not in formal settings, because it is part of our culture, although it adds to the bad English...

No wonder foreigners laugh at our Sing-lish.

I'm Singaporean and even I laugh at it too...

Update: After discussing this with my other colleague. We realise that most Singaporeans don't pronounce our consonants (R, S, T, L, N, E) properly.

And it's true!

The Things I Hate About Working In YOU-KNOW-WHERE.

Some of the awful things I hate about working in YOU-KNOW-WHERE...
  1. No camera phone = No taking impromptu photos of dead animals.
  2. Always have to be freaking careful about talking about the YOU-KNOW-WHAT.
  3.  No OT pay.
  4. Stupid red-tape and bureaucracy.
  5. Brainless work processes in the name of "PRUDENCY".
  6. Freaking computer at work is slower than my PC in 1995.
  7. No use of Internet on my office's computer.
Things I love about working in YOU-KNOW-WHERE...
  1. The good benefits.
  2. Great salary.
  3. I've met really nice and helpful colleagues.
By the way, I've finally been working here for 6 months, and I've been confirmed into service.
Which means by next month, I've get a confirmation increment to my monthly salary, of about S$210!

Yay!!!

:D

Also, I love my iPad Mini. It's so awesome and the internet reception power is damn good.
Apple should hire me to sell their product. I just raved about it for about 10 minutes to Yeti and the next day she bought one for her sister as a Christmas present and is planing to buy one for herself soon!

Okay, bye.

Complain Queen.

Dear BreadTalk,

I am highly disgusted by the kind of service your staff provide at your Clementi Mall outlet.

Firstly, when I entered your shop, I wanted to enquire one of your staff (whom I believe to be from China, as she has a strong Chinese accent) whether your bread can be kept overnight, but she gave me a very nonchalant comment in Chinese, "Yes...depends on what bread, and you have to put it in the fridge...".

So I thanked her and began picking out the bread I want. After figuring out where the queue starts, I headed over to the end of the queue and that same staff was mopping the floor.
Let me tell you, she was sticking the end of the mop out, and the area for customers to queue is quite tight! I had to step around the wet area and her mop, and she didn't even say "excuse me" or "sorry about that".

I queued for about 5 minutes, waiting for my turn at the cashier when the same staff bumped into me on her way into the back of the shop, where I presume would be your office or staff's corner.
Again, no "I'm sorry!" or "excuse me".
I started to feel quite annoyed, until another staff did the same to me!

Although I might be standing near the entrance to the cashier counter and office, can't your staff have the least bit of basic manners to ask me to step aside before pushing their way in!?

Now, I thought that was over, but the next part which I'm going to tell you really gave me a negative experience as a customer.

When I was paying for my bread (I bought 2 Hello Panda bread which costs S$1.80 each, but I didn't know it then because there weren't any labels at the tray where I took the bread), 2 of your staff were at the counter, and one of them is Nicole, who also has a PRC accent. I believe the other is from the Philippines though, judging from her accent...I shall call her "A", as I forgot to take note of her name...

I was opening my wallet as I was paying for my purchases and I heard "A" saying, "S$3.50."
I didn't have S$3 in small change so I gave her S$10.50 instead because I didn't want any more coins in my wallet. She then returned me S$6.10 (A S$5 note and one S$1 coin and a ten cent coin).

I told her that I think the amount of change she gave me is wrong and the two, Nicole and "A" started bickering with one another about what the change should be.
It dawned on me that the amount is actually different, so I asked how much is the amount again. "A" said, "S$3.60!", and continued talking to her co-worker about the amount of change I should be getting.

So I opened my wallet to hand her a 10 cent coin, and returned all the change she gave me back, so she can return the correct amount of change again.

So essentially, I gave her S$10.60 in all. And because my 2 Hello Panda Bread should cost a total of S$3.60, I should get S$7 in change right?

No! She proceeded to the next customer and totally forgot about returning me my change!

I calmly told her that they haven't done so, and they got into a bit of a panic as there were a few customers waiting behind me...Even a Caucasian lady who was a customer behind me in the queue told them to settle my change first before doing up her bill.

All in all, I don't know if it's because of the noise in the shop, coupled with her thick accent that I heard her saying the wrong amount, but the fact that "A" gave me the wrong amount of change even then (S$10.50 - S$3.60 = S$6.90, not S$6.10!!!!!!!!!!), and they can even forget about my change later.

It is understandable that it might have been noisy and hectic for them, to calculate wrongly, but when I checked my receipt, I realised "A" did not key in the amount I gave her, instead she put it in as S$3.60. Which means she did a mental calculation on her own.

Who knows how many other customers were shortchanged as a result of her bad mathematical skills!?

Also, I feel that the kind of service your staff provide is really lacking to what reputation your company have as a renowned bread shop all over Singapore and in the region. I frankly feel disgusted that you might have hired foreigners because of the "cheap labour" and as a result, their standard of spoken English just isn't there.

It is understandable that to gain more profits, you might have hired workers who may demand lower pay, but please at least do something to brush up their spoken English before they are required to serve a multi-racial nation with the English language as the main language used for communication, okay!

What if I weren't Chinese? How would the PRC staff have communicated with me?!

What if I wasn't paying attention to the amount of change I received?

I hope you can do something to improve the level of service your staff provides after reading my complaint.

Thanks.

CHEAP, MUCH?

So I haven't been blogging for a long time, mainly because I've been really busy with work and all the other time I have left is faster surfing my FB, watching shows and etc.
LOL.

I had a great bday news today. Which I don't think I should say here...A bit too sensitive, haha!

By the way, I took leave today because I was frankly sick of work and wanted a day of rest, in the name of celebrating my "special" day :)

Work is fine, and my colleagues so far are really nice, but...you know...

Anyway, no offense, but my dad is seriously damn cheap.

If you say I'm cheap, then wait til' you read what I'm about to say...

So today is my birthday, and as you know, I've never really seen much importance in it.

My mom and grandma gave me angpaos, and my Dad begrudgingly followed suit when he saw what they did.

He asked my mom whether can borrow money but my mom didn't have any spare cash at home, and one thing you should know about my Dad is...
He's one of those annoying people who withdraws very little cash at a time in the name of trying to save money (withdraw a little so he's forced to not spend as much), but he "uses" other people around him by borrowing money when he's out with them.

So annoying!

I know a lot of people like that, you know!

Everyday, short of cash, then I have to pay a bit for them.
WTH.
Not paiseh one ah.

Anyway, since my mom didn't have, and he didn't have the courage to ask my grandma for money, so he asked to borrow from me instead....
-_-"

For money to be given back to me again?

I asked him, "Why? Aiya, if you want to give angpao, just give what you have la. Why take money from me to give it back to myself..."

Then he kept nagging at me about it so I had to open my grandma's angpao, and mind you, she's not exactly rich, and she gave me like $40! More than my Dad EVER gave me for ANY angpaos in my whole life.

So when I opened it and passed it to him, he saw she gave $40 and started saying like now I'm working, she shouldn't need to give me so much, this and that.

What the fish.

So what if I'm working?!

Then he came and gave me back another angpao to me, from him.

Guess how much?

$12...

So in fact, he only gave me $2.

Now, I don't really care about the amount that people gives me, but from this whole situation, he sent me a very strong message of....

CHEAP, MUCH?

And he said he'll return the $10 to me...
I don't think he will, because he always does this kind of things...

In another line of story, every month I've been giving my parents about $150 each for allowance, and I give my Dad a hundred extra to pay for the petrol costs because I'm using the car. Bear in mind that I will be paying a portion of the car insurance and road tax too.
So in total, I give him $250 each month, adding to my mom's portion, I give them about $400.

I do intend to give them more but I'm really trying to save for my future.

I'm trying to set aside at least 1.1k a month.

Anyway, last month I pumped petrol once and I thought I could give him just $50 for the petrol, so I only passed him $200 instead of $250.
I did tell him I pumped petrol before that out of my own pocket.

Then when I came home from work one night he asked me why I gave him so little that month.

I told him why and he started going on about me being calculative, how he brought me up and I'm ungrateful and shit.

WHAT THE FISH.

Look who's talking about being calculative!

Who was the one who brought it up in the first place?!

And recently he took up an auditing job with NTUC, and he earns about $10 an hour.

That's like a lot right?!

Wa lao!

Last time, when I was working at my sister's company I only got like $6.50 an hour! And that's the rate she quoted for her own sister...
I had to work in the warehouse carrying shit-heavy things and stupid odd jobs!

And he still complained that his is too little?!
He was also going on about how compared to his previous job, it was only like 1/10 of his pay per hour...

I just feel like telling him this...

Dear Dad,

Your glory days are over. And the more you talk about money, the more you make us despise you, sometimes...

I wouldn't say his job is easy, but $10/hour is really quite good, so I just wish that he won't complain so much about money. He also kept saying he has to work because we don't give him enough, and he is depleting his savings because he's not working.

THAT IS WHAT RETIREMENT IS FREAKING ABOUT, PLEASE!!!!!

WAKE UP!
AND STOP LIVING IN YOUR ROLLING-IN-MONEY DREAMS!!!

So angry.

And that day, I came home and he started shouting at me for not switching off the router after sleeping, draining the electricity and the bill came up to $200+ that month, etc etc.

Number one, I ALWAYS sleep before my sister. So I am not the last person using it, nor do I switch it on in the first place.

Number two, he also blamed me because I was the last person to reach home.

LIKE WTF IS WRONG WITH HIS REASONING CAPABILITIES!?

Is there something seriously wrong with him?

He also started threatening that if the next month the bill comes up to so much again, my sister and I would have to pay the bills too.

THIS, IS WHY I WANT TO MOVE OUT ASAP.

Just now, my dad asked me what is the meaning of "faith".

I just told him off-hand that it means solely believing in something even without solid proof that it exists/happen.

Then he was like, "Oh, so like believe in it then become good or become rich, right?"

I told him off straightaway, "Pa, if you're only going to Church and believing in such things just because of the off-chance of becoming rich, then you are going to Church for the wrong reasons."

Damn, am I angsty.

WUHOO!!!!!!!!!!

Okay, so on 29th June 2012 (Friday), I finally started my first full-time job ever (after graduating), and I didn't want to say anything until I signed the contract, in case I jinx it...HAHA.

Actually, I sort of heard I got hired in early June, but with all the security clearance checks and medical checkups and stuff, it took quite a few weeks to get done and get processed.

The thing is, I have been hired by Mindef to work as a DXO (Defence Executive Officer)! I think my vocation is "Management Executive", sounds damn pro but I don't think it is la, hahaha.
Mainly, I'm doing HR, but in Maju Camp (near Sunset Way).

So all you guys who are still doing IPPT, and your test centre is there...hehe.

I'm really glad because it's really very near my house, and I have a direct bus there!

Although I feel very nervous about this because a lot of my colleagues are men, and there is a very steep learning curve because I'm posted in the Naval Logistics Department, and they like to use A LOT of acronyms and sometimes they forget about telling you what each acronym means unless you ask.

The building which I will be at is quite far in, so it'll be a chore to walk up that slope to the guard house and into the camp to the NLD building...
Luckily, my dad is kind enough to loan me the car to drive to work!
:D

The reason why I started work on a Friday at the end of the month is because initially I told the HR lady that I'd like to start on 2nd July, which is next Monday.

She was settling the stuff for me when she suddenly called me and asked if I wanted to start earlier, on Friday, although it is on quite a short notice.
This is because the government has some new salary revision for their employees as of 1st July 2012, to have like 7% more each month or something, which for me is almost S$300 more you know!

So add to my current pay (government jobs pay you by your education level, and for me it's an honours degree, so 3K+), I got a salary which I feel very surprised and happy about!

I mean, I never hoped of getting such a pay for my first job.
And I feel very very lucky to have gotten the job!

Okay, so let me tell you the whole process.

Because I ended school earlier than most of my peers (early May) as I didn't have exams in my last semester, I started looking for jobs since early February.
I was also advised by Sid to start early, which I feel very grateful about as he kept nagging me and gave me advice about work and stuff.

But the first job I applied to and got (the teaching one), I rejected the offer because I realised it wasn't what I want.

I went for a few interviews during late April and May, but I wasn't offered anything.

One of the early on jobs I applied to was with Mindef as a DXO (HR) and I was asked to go down to do the standard personality, logical reasoning and IQ test.

After that, I got a call and was asked if I would like to take up a job at Maju Camp as a DXO. She told me my job description and stuff but didn't tell me exactly where I'll be posted to.

So an interview was scheduled and I went down in the early part of June to attend it.

I was told I would have to write an essay to answer a question and get interviewed.

They asked me to sit down and the question I got was something like, "What do you think are the inter-generational challenges that we face in the Navy and how do you suggest to overcome it?"

Wa lao, I really got shocked you know.

First of all, I didn't know why they ask me things about the Navy and second, why am I asked this?!
I felt damn stupid and my mind was in a blank.

I panicked and realised the computer was connected to the internet.
HA!

So I tried to google for answers.
They didn't say I couldn't...

NOPE!

Nothing like that came up at all, I felt even more stupid.

Then I thought, hey, the lady asked me to save my essay document on the desktop, maybe other candidates did it too...
So I searched the desktop for similar files and there is!

But you know what are their questions?!

"What do you think are your strengths and weaknesses?"

"Do you have any hobbies?"

WHAT!?

My mouth just dropped open because I was thinking why am I so unlucky, and why is my question so difficult!?

I could almost hear myself screaming in my head as the minutes ticked by. I think they were interviewing for other jobs though.
I was given about 30 minutes for this task...

Then I squeezed my brain juices and thought, what does inter-generational mean? Seriously, I didn't really know the meaning of it because I was too shocked.

Then I wondered, what has changed between the past and present? And can affect the Navy?

EUREKA!

Technology loh.

I used my bullshit try-to-act-pro English coupled with my Social Studies knowledge, and came up with a not bad essay, but only with that point, so I felt like very hopeless already.

Although you might feel like I cheated, but I didn't break any rules! And in the end, I came up with the answer myself.
But you have to commend me on my quick-thinking right?!

While I was waiting for my turn, this guy came out and he looked really confident about getting the job.

I think he's already a DXO but wanted a change of environment, which Mindef is very good about, because the organisation is so big...
He was talking to the HR and receptionist ladies like damn chummy like that.

I felt like Aunt Marge being deflated by the Accidental Spells wizards at the Ministry of Magic/St Mungo's Hospital of Magical Maladies and Injuries as all hope fled out of me.

But I thought, aiya, just give it my all!

As I was reading the JD the HR lady passed me, a lot of stuff was in acronyms, and they never explain what it meant at all, I felt very confused and like, "What the hell am I getting in?!", so during the interview, they asked me if I have any questions and I asked them one by one which acronym meant.

I felt like really dumb doing such things because I seem damn noob and idiotic, but I was curious ma.

I left the place feeling quite disheartened.
Like I knew I'm competing against people who are much more experienced than I am and quite hopeless.
I didn't want my parents to think I'm a bummer and feel disappointed in me.
And I felt stressed because I heard some of my classmates already had a job...

Then, the next day, the guy who is my boss now, asked me to go down to Maju Camp for a unit preview, and see if I like the place and work environment.
I was screaming, "YES! YES! OF COURSE!!!!" in my head but I calmly said, "Oh okay! I mean, yes..."

He told me basically it's like a 2nd interview for me.

When I went there, I was really nervous because I've never been in an army camp before, not counting when I played rugby at RSN or er, the Home Team Academy all that...

So troublesome, cannot bring in photo-taking devices like my iPhone...
So now I'm using Sid's reservist damn budget Nokia phone, and everyday I must change my sim card.

But never mind! I have a job so I'll happily do it! :D

Anyway, during the unit preview they told me I'm actually selected for the job already (I was whooping in my head but had to give a poker face) but I have to wait for the HR at CMPB to contact me and do up the contract and stuff.

A few tips for you all who are going to be fresh grads in the near future...

One thing about finding a job is that because employers can call you anytime, I had to bring my phone around everywhere, even to the toilet when I'm bathing!

I left it on the whole day because unlike me, working people starts work at 8+am...when I'm still asleep at that time.

And always check your phone for calls!
When I go out I hardly check my phone or use it so like Alastor Moody/Barty Crouch Jr. says, "CONSTANT VIGILANCE!"

Next, always bring a pen with you when going for interviews. It's always better to use your own pen you're comfortable with when writing their essays or filling in their forms, and it's actually good to have a pen all the time, in case they call you and your have to jot down things they say.

Also, check your emails as often as you can.

The most often used method employers use to call you back for interviews is by sending out mass emails.
So check your junk folders and please remember...

PLEASE DON'T KEEP YOUR ILOVE_ERNIE@GMAIL.COM KIND OF EMAIL ADDRESSES WHEN SENDING OUT APPLICATIONS.

I created a formal email account for sending out job applications.

Damn stupid to use like your old sexy_gurl1989@gmail.com or surfer_dude87@hotmail.com accounts.
So unprofessional.

One more thing, try to tailor/buy work clothes!

My eldest sister told me not to wear black stockings if I'm wearing a dress/skirt because she said it looks damn unprofessional...

Of course, clothes that show off your chest hair (if you're a guy and lucky for you if the HR lady like chest hair on men...I don't like it though...) or as much cleavage as possible, is always a good thing.

HA! No la, just kidding.

Anyway, I feel very relieved and happy about this job.

I had the orientation yesterday, and so far, my colleagues are very friendly and welcoming.
I feel so fortunate!
So happy!
HAHAHA.

Although I don't wanna jinx it, I've only met most of them for the first time yesterday, so...

I quite like my boss/es and my colleagues have been really helpful.

Oh no, I better sleep early to adjust my biological clock!

Goodnight!

Q & A

So recently, I've been thinking about some questions when I'm free like in the shower or travelling to places and I've been asking my friends and family what their answers would be...

(1) If you could take just ONE item from the world of Harry Potter and it'll work in our world, what would it be?

I first thought of either having the Elder Wand, like I can cast spells right? SO COOL. And curse/jinx people I dislike, or help me do my work...HAHA.

Then I thought about having a Firebolt...DAMN COOL LA! Can fly! Awesome right?
Can fly to ANYWHERE for free, although will take like months to fly to the US and all that, haha!
No need to pay for air tickets!

But then I thought I might get a sense of vertigo and fall off the broom and there will be no Hermione/Dumbledore to "ARRESTO MOMENTUM!" me...

Or Hermione's beaded bag, with the undetectable extension charm! How awesome is that?! Although the aesthetics of the bag leaves much to be desired, it'll be so useful! Plus, it has a charm to make it light! HA!

Then I thought about Harry's Invisibility Cloak, and how I can peep at people bathing, and spy on others..and stuff like that!

But then, I went to think about what would really benefit me in this world, and I thought of the Time Turner!

SUPER USEFUL RIGHT!?

If I ever had a real working time turner, omg, I will check the 4D/TOTO results for today and then wind back time for 2-3 days and go and buy the first prize! Of course, I'll donate some prize money to the poor and to charity, but I'll be financially stable! HA!

I can unwind time and undo mistakes I made in my past, and all that.

Should be quite useful.

Tracy told me the Time Turner is too destructive...like can change the events of time.

It was very funny because when I asked, my mom shouted, "I WANT THE CLOTHES CAN MAKE THE HELLY POTTER INVISIBLE ONE!"

My second sister said she wanted the Elder Wand.

And my mom said, "Then I will wear the clothes and steal your wand! HAHAHA!"

Then my eldest sister said, "I want the Snape's potions book!"

I told her, the potions books without a wand is useless! Then they agreed that if my sister has the wand, she can use my eldest sister's potion book to brew potions!
HAHA.
I asked my sister why she wanted the potions book, she said so she can poison people she hates, hahaha.

Then my naughty hammy mummy said, "Then I will wear my clothes and steal your book! MUAHAHAHA!"

We were all laughing.

I told them that I'll take the Time Turner and buy Toto/4D to become rich, and my mom said, "HOHOHO! Then I will wear my clothes and steal your 4D ticket!"

My mummy very naughty right!? HAHA.
And she keeps saying "clothes" instead of "cloak"...

So my next question to them was...

(2) If you could become an Animagus, which animal would you transform into?

Tracy said something that would enable her to fly, so a hawk,

but I heard her say a "hog", and we were laughing over it later.

My second sister said she'd want to be a Thestral, because in her words, "I want to be a horsie and I can fly!"

My eldest sister said she'd want to be a kind of bird like an eagle, or a dolphin...

If she does, she'd better not go near Taiji!

For me, I would like to either be a hawk, or a wolf! Because I love wolves, they're so beautiful and cool!

I loved White Fang, the book and I always pretended to be a wolf last time (DON'T LAUGH!).

And my last question was...

(3) If you could be a superhero, who would it be?

I knew my answer, and told them it'd be the Flash!

I mean, look at him, can you ever resist a blonde man in a hot red spandex suit?

I love his speed, and his red suit, and there was one Justice League cartoon episode where he ran so fast around a criminal that he transported a few of the Justice League members into the future, or past, or another dimension, can't remember which!

I wonder what other peoples' answers are! :)
